Stratalon

Privacy notice

Who we are. Stratalon Ltd is responsible for the personal data described here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 10257305. Registered office: Office 9, Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London SW19 2RR. Contact: marko.coh@stratalon.com.

What we hold and where it comes from. If we have contacted you, or may do so, about our work, we hold your name, work email address, employer and role, and a record of any correspondence with you. We take these from public sources - your organisation's website, press releases and public registers - and from LinkedIn. Where an email address is not published, we may work it out from the format your organisation uses for the addresses it does publish.

Why we use it. To contact you in your professional role about Stratalon's work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: making our services known to people whose work they are relevant to. We write to people one at a time. We do not buy lists, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who sees it. Only us. The providers of our email, contact-management and other work software, including AI tools, store or process it on our behalf and may do so outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States, under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it. If you do not reply, or we do not go on to work together, we delete your details within two years of our last contact - or, if we never contact you, within two years of collecting them. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your name and email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not write to you again.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, and ask us to correct, restrict or delete it. You can object to our using it at any time, including to being contacted, and we will stop straight away. Write to marko.coh@stratalon.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
